So what is sprinting? Motorcycle sprinting is quarter-mile action for bikes of all types and ages, from vintage Douglases and HRDs to scooters and Hayabusas. Motorcycle sprinting is the art of riding a bike from a standing start for 1/4 mile (or at some tracks an 1/8 mile) in the shortest possible time - man and machine against the clock! Try for records, just for fun or to beat your mate. |

If you enjoy bikes you will love seeing road going machines lining up with fire breathing, super charged, methanol burning British classics or modern tuned bikes such as turbo charged hayabusas making huge power. The sight, the sound, the "Castrol R". Excitement or nostalgia - come and enjoy the sport. Click on "More" for more details and pictures.
